The sides of my neck, right under my jaw bone, were enlarged and what I would describe as protruding. No doctor thought much of it, however, I knew that was not normal for me. After months of taking tumeric and fennel supplements and being careful with what I ate....per the inflammation diet...the areas of my neck have gone back to normal.
