Has anyone read the Japanese study done 30 years ago that showed promise after taking vitamin K2-mk4 at 45mg daily for six months?

I also experienced a return of more intense hot flashes and night sweats. The symptoms began after the fourth month of injections. Besides the osteoporosis I do not have any other medical conditions.

I also experienced a return of more intense hot flashes and night sweats. The symptoms began after the fourth month of injections. Besides the osteoporosis I do not have any other medical conditions.
