@jimb8 I was doing great with two tablespoonsful of generic Metamucil - was regular as clockwork till I had a colonoscopy in April this year, and now I am constipated even though I haven’t changed my dosage. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am hesitant to take any laxatives because they are habit forming for the bowel.
