Sweat is sticky and won't wash off easily

If and when I sweat the sweat is sticky and will not wash off very easy, the same is true sith tears from the eyes. This is also abig problem with my urine which is where the problem was first noticed.
I would appreciate any input or suggestions to the possible cause and maybe a cure.

i'm a diabetic. my mother was a diabetic close to 50 years. and i've known a good number of people with diabetes and i've never heard of any of them with this side effect. sure surprises me. but with diabetes i shouldn't be surprised. it affects all sorts of things in the body. WOW!!! d
