Arnica Patches: Do they work?

I have bought some to use on bruises they are very expensive. Have i wasted ny money will they work

Arnica in various forms is helpful for bruises, but I don't know the cost compared to arnica oil, cream, gel, etc.

@lotsofpain I hope the arnica patches work for you. Let us know your experiences with them. Are your bruises from hitting things?

I use arnica gel and also a homeopathic pill that helps me.

Yea hitting things as i am a little bit unstable on my legs often do not realise i have done it
