Thank you pled. I have not decided what to buy yet. I noticed my Ombra started overheating after 20 minutes of nebulizing so may be I will have to buy something sturdy and keep it for daily nebulizing. By the way anybody has an idea why the Ombra compressor would be hot after 30 minutes of nebulizing with 7% sodium and then about 10 minutes of budesonide. I changed the filter but its still the same.

I have also noticed that the Ombra is not suited to longer treatment times. Probably 20 minutes it is more suited to. You can call Monaghan Medical and ask them. They might tell you to send it back and send you a new one. The Pari ProNeb Max was made for longer treatment times or more frequent use without overheating.
