Is this the website for advice for doctors? If not, could anyone let me know the website to ask for advice from doctors? I have had pulsatile tinnitus for two and a half months. I checked all the causes of pulsatile tinnitus and found I had none of the causes except my blood pressure was a little bit high at 135/80. I tried to change my diet. My blood pressure went from 135/80 to 125/70 for about a month. Why do I still have pulsatile tinnitus? Will pulsatile tinnitus disappear after blood pressure goes down? Thank you very much for your help.

Welcome @pulsatiletinnitus, Mayo Clinic Connect is an online community that connects people. Patient members can connect with others with similar symptoms or conditions and learn by sharing experiences. Members are patients not doctors and can't provide medical advice. I'm sure you are not alone and others may be able to share their experiences or suggestions with you. Have you discussed your blood pressure and symptoms with your doctor?

I have it when my vagus nerve is “not toned”. Had it for months and minths. Then started at least 30 minutes of cardio most days on treadmill or elliptical using interval training. Seldom have it now.

Whooshers.com has a lot of information for everyone, including (especially?) doctors.

When I developed PT, the first thing my cardiologist did was to have the arteries in my neck looked at. I then saw an ENT Specialist and had Cat Scans and finally an MRI done on my brain. It turned out that I have a growth on one of the bones near my ear. They can't remove the growth because it is too close to the facial nerve that controls that side of my face.
