Peripheral Neuropathy - Anyone else?

I am 83 and have what I think is neuropathy - in my feet. It (the burning tinkling sensation) would pick a spot somewhere (sole, toes, heal etc) on one of my feet lasting for 10 to 35 minutes then stop for a couple of minutes then come back, usually in the same spot. The sensation started over 45 years ago, usually when I was relaxed, sitting in a meeting, and often wake me in the middle of the night, I don't have diabetes or any other cause I can relate it to. About 25 years ago I read an article that suggested cinnamon might help. Got some pills, AND it did. I now take a Ceylon Cinnamon pill every morning and every night and have not had a problem since other than on very rare occasions. When this happens I take two pills and it is gone in minutes. Sound crazy, too simple, no doctors, but it works for me. Might work for others.

Does it stop the tingling sensation?
