Comments about CBD and/or THC for neuropathy pain and paresthesia?

I use a 1:1 CBD to THC ointment which I apply on my feet at nightly. It greatly relaxes my feet and helps me to sleep. Fortunately, I live in a state which allows one to get medical CBD and THC.

I’ve used CBD with low THC for years for pain and sleep with great success. Trying to learn more. I find it good to consider vs. some western traditional meds that have terrible side affects. Be cautious about quality of cannabis, who grows, produces and sells so products are safe and pure as possible. Suggest reading books about cannabis and research and starting slowly.

I buy gummies that are CBD/THC from Lazerus Naturals. 50mg. CBD/2 mg THC. I have to cut a gummy in half as a whole one makes me "stoned." I'm 82, I take half of one at night and I sleep well.

I have L5-S1 spinal stenosis as well as sacroiliac left leg neuropathy. Had neuropathy in both legs and could barely walk. Had l2-3 disc herniation repair and walking but gave me permanent left leg and without meds, right leg pain. Am on Lyrica 75mg 3x day but hate it Balance off, gained weight, brain fog and swelling all side effects. Waiting to try Tamoxifen to get off Lyrica. When I did try to go off I used 750 cbd, 1 thc and slept 5 hrs. Guess I could try higher dose mail order gummies from Simply Crafted in MN. Any suggestions on if anyone tried Topiramate appreciated .

There have been studies done showing marijuana and nerve regeneration. In Dr Anne Oaklander’s YouTube presentation she brings it up. I live in Texas so not an option. I have tried it in Colorado and California. I used indica at night and sativa during the day. My neurologist in Texas told me what to use. I slept all night but now I wake up at 2 am with severe nerve pain. It has moved into my ribs and upper legs. I have no feeling in my lower legs, feet, hands and parts of my arms. We are currently stationed in Germany and looking at moving back to a medical marijuana state. Currently, I am on high doses of OxyContin and oxycodone. I can’t take lyrics or neurotin. I swell up huge and it affects my kidney. I can’t urinate for a couple of days.

I find the best relief from Delta 8 CBD gummies. I also have Abbott Scs which is useless

I am waking up now because of the nerve pain. It always starts at 2 am. It’s like clock work. Yes, Germany has medical marijuana but Texas does not. So when I come back home I would have nothing. I have to go off my pain medications to go on marijuana.
CBD by itself does nothing for me literally. I wish it did. If we extend I might end up doing medical marijuana if not when we move back we are looking at Colorado or Oklahoma. A state that has medical marijuana.

What ratio cbd/thc worked for you for sleep, pain and neuropathy?
I'm using medical canabis thc/cbd 10mg/10mg in one milligram.
It helps with sleep, not as much with joints pain and neuropathy.
