The Firmagon monthly injection typically causes swelling and a large rash, and it also gave me 2–3 days of flu-like symptoms. Orgovyx, in daily pill form, avoids all of that. That has been a big deal for me.

Also, while they trained my spouse to give me the shot at home, I understand most people have to go into a clinic or doctor's office for their monthly Firmagon shot, which is a big disruption.
