Your FM doctor may be able to recommend a psychiatrist or physiotherapist. Mine has referred me to a PT as well as others offering alternative therapies when I’ve asked such as an acupuncturist.

That's great to know Gigi, thanks so much! I've had a problem with the major rhomboid muscle on the right side of my back, next to the shoulder blade. Haven't found a long term solution, but maybe acupuncture?????
