I am not getting treatment. Its "wait and watch." What can I do about the nightly sweats?

Thanks

For me the extreme chills are far worse. I am used to the "heat flashes" as they never completely ended after menopause.

@normahorn Hi, can you describe what happens when you get the extreme chills and how quickly you are able to warm up?
Sending hugs.

The chills can last for a few minutes (as when I start eating a meal) to several hours. I keep a sweatshirt jacket handy for the longer times. And did request heated blankets before recent cataract surgery. Did not think it wise to risk shivering when my eye was being operated on.

The worst chills feel like you run out to the mailbox in winter without a jacket but stay outside instead of returning inside.
