What is your personal thoughts about your condition in terms of diagnosis? Do you have any idea about the root cause?

Never really got an "official" diagnosis, just some catch-all ones like Chronic Hyperventilation Syndrome or possibly Vocal Cord Dysfunction, but not with 100% certainty. So I've just stuck with management of symptoms which has gotten me along just fine now.
