When I was languishing in recovery after a failed valve surgery, I realized I needed one thing to lift my spirits. My wife brought in my old Ipod and I got the Led out.

yes, this is just good therapy. Led can do that to you.
When I had surgery and was dealing with pain I listened to Bob Dylan . I don't know why it worked, but I'm thinking another part of the brain is activated, who knows. But it was so helpful.
I also found Music for Healing on You Tube and that was helpful before sleep.
I hope you are doing better.
