@msflygirlnortherncan, I agree with @gloaming that you really should talk with sleep medicine doctor or therapist. I've had different full face CPAP masks that have caused extreme redness and pain on the bridge of my nose and have tried quite a few different masks until I found one that works for me. I have been fortunate enough to have a sleep medicine PA that has given me some tips that have helped. They are really your best resource when it comes to choosing the best CPAP mask that is a good fit for you.

I’ve been using a CPAP nightly for 25 years. Before I started I had 99+ episodes an hour. Last night I had 1.7 episodes an hour.

I’m not a doctor so I don’t know why you have a full face mask. Perhaps your machine only works for controlling both in and out breathing. My CPAP only blows air. I use just a nose cover. Perhaps changing to a constant pressure machine with a nose mask would help.
