What are your experiences with tramadol ?
I have been taking tramadol for over 20 years. It was first prescribed for knee pain. This was the era when they did meniscus surgery. I'm sure the medication is not effective for me now, but it continues to be prescribed. Any other thoughts or experiences?

This is good news - I think you are taking a very wise path. Take care !
Are you taking all of these? Did Tramadol not work?
Yes I am, but now cutting back on Gabapentin, and the Tramadol did not work to relieve my pain.
Sounds like you are doing well and that's a good thing. I agree with you about Cymbalta, but don't have an opinion yet about Lyrica.
Thank you. It's been quite a journey !
I wonder if this reaction is unique to you. If common, the doctors need to know about this.
I think it's natural to push on our boundaries! I've never heard of a back stimulator and I'll have to look that up. The best to you as well - it's quite a journey.
I just started with Lyrica and it seems (fingers crossed) to make an impact on my pain. I have Cervical Dystonia and head tremors. I still take 50 mg of tramadol (2 tablets) in the evening when I start getting a headache that progresses to a migraine if I don't pay attention to it - tramadol, Tylenol, dark room. Hope this info helps.
Love it!
though I only take it episodically. As a heart transplant patient I am banned from all N-saids. And as a very active old fart I occasionally get some muscle and joint "discomfort". Tramadol gets me over the hill.
Best always,
s!
Always hopeful,
She would say that it is protocol. I noticed on the EOB from Medicare that her office charged $300 for the pee test.
