I have found that Tramadol 50mg has been a big help to me with my slipped spine. I try not to take it unless I am in a flare up or in so much pain I have to as I want it to work I do not want to develop an immunity to it. But it does not make me sleepy and I like that as well. I feel like its a safe drug for me. I will also take couple tylenol with it with pain over an 8
