My husband does chest PT every evening. I am getting a vest in 2 weeks and do nebulizer treatments am and pm. Sometimes i bring up plugs but mostly clear mucous.
We do everything right but not good enough.
Had to start Ethambutol+ Azithromycin MWF

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. And i am sorry o hear that even you do everything right, you still could not get the plugs out. I wonder if the plugs are causing any infections because they are alway there in the lungs. And why it happens to some people. I hope we can find an answer and solution.
