Directions say not to exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. One tablet every 12 hours. I take 1-2 tablets every day but have only been using it for the last week!

I hope the diminishing returns others have posted about does not happen. The only other supplements I take are calcium with D3.

Hi Scoop,
I had been taking one 1200 mg 2x per day for many months but was questioning whether that may be too high a dosage so I started cutting them in half. I've been taking one 600 mg tab 2x per day for the past couple weeks to see if there is a change in my symptoms. I have a bit more congestion lately. I will continue this for a bit longer and if congestion increases, I may switch back to 1200mg 2x per day.
