If you are willing to travel and stay in thr Seattle area for a bit, I can recommend my neurosurgeon who performed an L4-5 laminectomy/spinal fusion to deal with my severe spinal stenosis. I am 2.5 months post op and am in p/t, kayaking, and swimming.
