Thank you for sharing! How have you been using the VT007? What settings and how does it feel? I asked on the VT007 website about settings and I was told given my weight and height 120lbs 5’4” that the low amplitude setting provides about 1G at 30Hz. The website is replete with information about WBV and there are several pages explaining all the terminology and lots of illustrations and diagrams. I appreciate how much time they take to answer questions which are posted.

Does the VT007 make a lot of noise? Also how much does it shake the floor? These are points that have been mentioned because it is a lighter device. Thanks again for sharing.

Hi Trixie, the sound is a muted hum that is hardly noticeable. The unit has 4 suction cups 1 in each corner that hold it solidly to my tile floor. There really is minimal vibration. I use mine at the default of 15hz which is comfortable for me. I've tried using light arm weights and also the bent knee position holding onto the base of my bed 😊. It works for support and I'm hoping it will help my hip area. I'm honestly quite pleased with this company, no bells and whistles, and no outrageous promises. I use it as an adjunct with hopes it will do some good.
