Any suggestions to help with blood bruising on arms?

My dad had the brusing and the Doctors recommended vitamin C. It did help, but he still would have them, just by barely bumping something. Same thing with my husband. They look like they would hurst but my husband says they dont. We are in the process of moving you can just imagne how many he has.

I do take vitamin C. I can relate to your dad because I’m in the process of moving myself. It certainly doesn’t help and I just started packing. I’ve been going through things as I have plans to lighten my load so to speak, donating and throwing away. And my dog happens to be super hyper and affectionate so keeping her at bay is hard. I love her but those paws are dangerous!
