I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't sleep. What you're going through is a lot for one person to handle.
I forgot to mention that I also take 0.5 mg of Xanax each night. My anxiety is at an all-time high and at the end of the day, my mind is racing and the Xanax combined with my other sleep medication really helps. I take it during the day sometimes, but only as needed.

To answer your question about the gummies, I started taking 1 x 750 mg at night, and then increased it to 2 each night. When I first took them (they're "Above" by Sunmed / delta-8 thc: max strength gummies) I found that I would "snack" a bit before bed, but that stopped after a week or so. I live in SC, where marijuana manufactured in any form is illegal, which is why I have taken Above.

I assume you live in a state where cannabis/marijuana is legal, because you mentioned taking the Indica gummy to sleep. I often travel to Boston to visit family, where recreational cannabis/marijuana is legal, and I've used those types of sleep gummies while there. The BEST one by far is Zonked! Almost immediately upon taking (along with Trazodone and Xanax), I was instantly tired and would go straight to bed and sleep through the night. It was unbelievable. I didn't feel groggy at all upon waking. I started by taking 1 x 100 mg at night (with my other sleep meds), and eventually wound up taking 2 x 100mg WITHOUT my other meds and had the same sleep experience!

I stopped taking the Zonked quite some time ago while in Boston because I'm on Worker's Comp Disability, and I often have bloodwork done at my Pain Management doctor's office. If there are traces of any medications in my system that are not prescribed by my WC doctors, or traces of illegal drugs of any sort, the state would would immediately close my disability case.

I hope this information helps 🙂
