“Mixed growth of doubtful significance”

Hi Does anyone know what “mixed growth of doubtful significance” means on a urine test result?

Imo, i think it means there is some bacteria but it's not causing a problems.

If you have symptoms of a urinary infection, wait a couple days, if you still have symptoms, go back to Dr. The bacteria may not be concentrated enough for them to consider it concerning.

In my experience it's meant it was different bacterias etc but none seeming serious.
But I would suggest a quick call to the Dr office asking thst question.
