Parasites found in poop

My 3 year old has been throwing up and diarrhea for over 9 days.
Drs in Hawaii did parasite tests which came out negative. But when we gave him papaya seeds meant for cleansing your digestive tract he pooped out an over load of what I think is liver flukes!
We have 4 days of poop and bags of this parasite in ziplocks and need someone who has a specialty in parasites.
