I am 75 with PCa. Successful prostatectomy 21 years ago, but 2 bladder resections last 8 years resulted in incontinence. Tried an external catheter with bag for a year. Highly unsuccessful. Then tried a Cunningham clamp that has worked great. Got all my mobility back including swimming and hot tub. Suggest you might try this solution.

Dear Mr. Claude, how do you do!
I am very glad to see your message. I feel that it is not easy for you to endure the pain of such a long illness, but you live a strong life, which is worth learning: What is Cunningham?
I am also using a kind of clamp now, the origin is also in the United States:
Z H B
"The VibReflex Incontinence Clamp is an external medical device used to control urine leakage by compressing the urethra and preventing the flow of urine"
HOW TO USE
Step 1
Open the incontinence clamp by releasing the catch and lifting up the top part
Step 2
Place your penis between the silicone rubber pads with the incontinence clamp about halfway down the
Step 3
Latch the incontinence clamp to compress the urethra at the levei that's shaft of your penis comfortable to you
because I am not in the United States, I am not very clear about what you said, can you help me know, understand and get familiar with it?
Thank you for your kindness and help! help
