I am not diabetic but have been told I have neuropathy in feet, didn't. bother me much for years except numbness on bottom of feet. Last year or so have had ankle & feet cramps at night. Theraworx foam cream on feet at bedtime usually takes care of that. But lately have had pain off & on, swelling & redness. I saw neurologist yrs ago who described a ton of expensive tests I would need to possibly find cause. Since it was not really a problem at that time, I declined. My primary care doc prescribed Gabapentin but it made me a little groggy & I have read about longtime side effects, so stopped it. Has been suggested I might wear knee high compression sox.

I have non diabetic neuropathy since 2009. My symptoms progression follows pretty much yours. I took a lot of all sorts of tests blood, genetic, spinal and visited many neurologists at many places on the east coast - nada the diagnosis is idiopathic sensory-motor polyneuropathy. Last year the n-th neurologist prescribed Sensory (+- Motor) Neuropathy Panel with one of the tests being IgG vs FGFR3 - bingo ... and so what, no treatment available. My solution is exercise as much as you can, take no medication since it seems to only aggravate the damn thing, gadgets don't help, I keep Gabapentin as the last resort (I tried it for a couple days and it worked).
God bless.
I have neuropathy pain in my left toes where they join my feet. The only thing I found is Biofreeze Spray, it numbs the pain enough for me to able to get to sleep
@danno5589 are you sure you aren’t experiencing a gout flareup? Is the painful area very sensitive to ouch, is it hot and or red? If yes get a uric acid blood test.

I have non diabetic Neuropathy since 2011. Mine is idiopathic as well. I am taking 600 mg of Lyrica a day to control the pain and this medication is working well for me.
I too have idiopathic Neuropathy. My doctor prescribed Pregablin 50mg for the morning and 75mg for evening. It has helped but it is not prefect. I was on Gabapentin full strength which I couldn’t tolerate.
I reluctantly agreed to a series of treatments with a Chiro for Rebuilder, Supplements and LZR UltraBright, with office visits with some sort of shocker therapy, a full body vibrator (like standing on a tread mill) and a stretcher for my back pain. Into third week I am startimg to feel the Rebuilder electrical impulses in my feet and 1/2 way up my lower legs.
IS THIS A SIGN THAT THE TREATMENT IS WORKING? THE BACK ADJUSTMENTS HAS ALSO REDUCED MY BACK PAIN ENOUGH TO ALLOW ME TO BE MORE ACTIVE.
Is there any research verifying this treatment is Beneficial?

Not sure if it really is conclusive, but this extremely small 2022 study published study, is positive.
"The data presented here show promise for future, larger, controlled studies on the use of ReBuilder® devices for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain."

There are a few listed on their website but they are not published studies and seem more like advertising to me - https://rebuildermedical.com/.
Does anyone know if the CINCOM Air Compression Leg Massager helps with PN?

Thanks for sharing. Like you, I am not taking any meds for neuropathy & walk laps usually 4-5 days a week.
Good luck💕
