Yes, scan prior to treatment to see if it may work.
Scan after #1 to check uptake areas.
Scan after #4 showed improvement.
Scan after #6 (5weeks out)
PSA was 10+ during 3 rounds of chemo.
PSA 0.22 last week, coming down since Pluvicto
Scan after Treatment #4 showed less and smaller areas of concern. My post treatment scans will tell the story more clearly, but yes, Scan after #4 Pluvito showed improvement. Treatment #6 is mid July.
Did all 6 Pluvicto immediately following 6 rounds of Docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy. This is a copy and paste from my choline PET scan this week which was 8 weeks after final Pluvicto:
Impression
Complete response to interval therapy. No definitive PSMA avid locally recurrent or metastatic disease.
I just had my Pluvicto treatment #5. I wanted to get an interim scan when I was half way through after treatment #3 but oncologist wouldn't/couldn't do it. I had the scan just before treatment and will get one after treatment, but that will be a few months yet as treatment #6 is now six weeks away. I regularly post on my experience and progress so look for updates as time goes on.
