Winsantor drug testing

Posted by StephanieT @slturley, Dec 14, 2021

Has anyone heard about the product that Windsantor is testing now for Neuropathy? I’m wondering if it is moving forward. I can’t find much information about it.

That's the question everyone is talking about. The company has been in "preparing" for stage 3 trials since early 2023 - https://winsantor.com/pipeline/.

They’re having a bit of trouble with round 3 funding. Fingers crossed they get it figured out.

A person in another PN group said they contacted them and were told stage 3 is still 3 years out due to lack of funding.

It appears this link was last updated in 2022 bc they refer to meeting with FDA in early 2023. Disheartening that they have no update in over a year.

Not that I'm aware of...I thought the article mentioned 3 to 5 years out

"Our aim is to change the current state of neuropathy in three to five years by bringing to market hope for peripheral neuropathy sufferers. WinSanTor’s lead compound, WST-057, shows the ability to prevent nerve damage and re-grow damaged nerves. With its well-known safety profile, WST-057 is on track to an accelerated regulatory approval and to the clinic." --- https://winsantor.com/pipeline/

Here is a link to quite a bit more of information. The phase 2 trial showed both small and large fiber growth as proven by
objective testing. This has to go through phase 3 to receive FDA approval. That takes time and money. I plan to find out how i can donate towards the phase 3 trial efforts. It takes many doctors across the US and other counties overseeing. clinical trial volunteers and that takes money. I believe this gives hope and hope it does not take too many years. https://www.reddit.com/r/neuropathy/comments/15m0hvq/winsantor_has_posted_phase_two_trials_nerve/

Doesn't look very hopeful with a lot of risk involved if you invest - https://wefunder.com/winsantor/details. Found this information by clicking on the INVEST IN US button on the WinSantor website - https://winsantor.com/shareholders-services/ which doesn't have a lot of new information on it.
