Face lift worth it?

I retired from my 32-year career in Information Technology in 2008 at the age of 58, tired and stressed out.

I decided to gift myself with a facelift and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The surgeon was highly experienced and had a reputation of 1) listening to what the client’s concerns were and 2) making changes that look natural rather than ‘fixed’.
It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. And the results have been long lasting.

I also recommend avoiding sun exposure without a 40 SPF sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage. I have very fair skin that doesn’t tan and as a result, I had my first skin cancer while I was in my 30’s, so I’ve been applying sunscreen daily ever since.

I am 74 now and I am still very pleased with the results from that decision I made 16 years ago.

Amazing! You look awesome!

You look fabulous. I'm on the search for the best skincare regimen after facelift surgery and forward. I'm 64 and just went through a lower neck/facelift. I wish in my younger days I knew of the importance of sunblock. I am paying for my ignorance now. Moving forward i will definitely be more protective of my skin.
