Scan after Pluvicto: Did you see improvement?

Just to clarify: are you asking if anyone has had a scan after completing all six infusions of Pluvicto? I know the treatment protocol at Mayo Rochester includes a C-11 Choline PET scan or a PSMA PET scan six weeks or three months after the 6th treatment. My husband is about to have only his fifth infusion, so we aren't at that point yet.
He does have a SPECT scan the morning after every infusion to see how well the treatment was delivered to the targeted cancer spots; all of those have shown that the Pluvicto is hitting its targets. An interim PSMA PET scan showed the volume of the cancer lesions has been reduced by the treatments given up to that point. So all in all, we are encouraged.
You might want to look at the Pluvicto-specific discussions available under the Prostate Cancer topic for posts by men who have completed all six treatments.

Thank you so much. I am going through the Docetaxel series now and may be on Pluvicto at some point.

Was your husband on Docetaxel before Pluvicto?

Yes, after six infusions. I have not found anyone on this site who have had all 6 injections then scans. However, some have had interim scans which look encouraging. This site is invaluable to us with mCRPC.
Thank you all.

Russ is in his 2 nd ! Very pleased 😀 Thanku 🙏
