I developed lymphedema post surgery and radiation. Physical therapy was recommended and of course the “compression bra”. Wearing it has given me such relief. I use the 80/20 rule…when I’m out for an event or want to feel feminine I wear a regular bra, but continue to wear the compression bra during daily activity and at bedtime. It has to be fitted correctly, but it is worth it. Good luck with your journey. Remember, there are a lot of us out here.
