My mother in law had knots like you describe and hers were caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. Could that be the cause of yours?

Hmmm thanks Cindi. I didn't know RA could cause muscle knots/cramps but can't say I'm surprised. My aunt had RA, nasty stuff that.
