I do t think you can say you were given misinformation because chemo can affect each person differently. Anytime a person gets sick with an infection or cancer the poor Parkinson’s doesn’t know what to do so it goes haywire. At least that’s what I was told by a neurologist and it seemed to be true in our case. Sorry she is going through all this. Not fun but you have to look at the whole picture if you don’t do the chemo. I know with our bone marrow cancer we had to do the chemo to get to be able to do the transplant which is the only cure. So we stuck with it and all the craziness that went with it. Hand in there. 🙏

We had to stop chemo after 3rd treatment. She had zero quality of life.
PD was out of control!
