Hello, I am new to this site and look forward to a long and healthy relationship with the group. In reading some of the posts, I see where some of you have tried CBD and with very good results. I read a long article on it last night and it said it is legal in all 50 states. I would love to try it but I want to be sure that it comes from a reliable source, Can anyone tell me where I can get this product. I have chronic pain from back issues, abdominal hernias ( many repairs ) severe IBS, arthritis in back, legs, hips, both shoulders, and both hands. Right now I look 7 months pregnant due to numerous abdominal hernias. I am also borderline diabetic and take metformin with good results. thanks for reading my post. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

It is federally legal but left up to the states. Idaho and Mississippi are the only two holdouts, I believe.

I've used the local dispensaries for the best CBD. They really pay attention to the quality and lab testing of the product so you get what you are paying for. I like the 1:1 THC/CBD, but I buy them separately and mix my own. Indica and Sativa varieties are important - so your dispensary should be able to discuss that. I use it sublingually, but if I need more, I have edibles. Friends who have used it for pain - CBD - say you need to take it regularly at the same time for about two weeks to see effects. It takes a bit of experimentation to find the right amount, but 5 mg is where to start. Aside from that, you should visit a PT to work on stretches to relieve hip, back and other joint pain -- it makes a real difference. Two solutions for same problem are often more successful.
