Not to worry. It grows back, but I’ve been diligent with the supplements. Viviscal, zinc, magnesium. My hair won’t stop growing! Truth! Long and heathy.
Now if they find a cure for Covid fatigue, I’ll tolerate the rest of COVID’s abuse. The fatigue is insane, but doesn’t hold me down.

I had covid march 2020. I then had two vaccines 8 months later. My immune system went haywire. Hands swelled. RA factor neg. Had endometrial cancer. Surgery. Hysterectomy. Got covid again. Hair fell out. Taking nutrafol. Vitamins. Then almost year later ILC left breast. Lumpectomy. No radiation. Not taking hormone blocker. Hair is growing back. Taking methetrexate for swelling and plaquenil, folic acid and swelling gone. Feel almost normal. Try to sleep 6-7 hours a night. Work out on elyptical 25 to 40 minutes a day. Eat blueberries everyday. Celery juice and broccoli daily with protein prebiotic Dailey. We will see. Try to meditate twice a day to be stress free. My hair is stronger and longer. There is magnesium and calcium in my vitamins too. Living my life.
