There are many reasons why scores might go down. Are you just past menopause? What do your bone markers say? Everything you did was supportive - try not to be discouraged but rather empowered to get to the bottom of this.

If you havent had comprehensive lab work up - I suggest you get a Doctor who will look into underlying causes.
That said I recommend you read the book Great Bones 2023 by Dr Keith McCormick Chiroprator. It is a comprehensive analysis of contributing factors to metaolbic bone diseae. This will guide you. It is detailed - just stick with it. May your helaing path guide you to strong healthly bones.

I am really appreciate your words of support! It helps so much!
About menopause. I had an early one, and I think that it influenced much the loss of bone. My doctor said that it puts me in higher risk of fracture. I am going to take risedronate now, as I it appears that a year of efforts without medicines did not have results.
About bone markers. The fact is that in Europe, and in Spain where I live, doctors do not prescribe bone markers tests in general. I learnt about this test in this forum, and recently I asked a specialist whom I visited to do the test. He replied that on his opinion the test is not informative, however he agreed to prescribe it. So I shall do it the next week.
I have learnt a lot at this forum, also about the existence of Marodyne Liv. I hope that results of my efforts will help other people to take decisions.
