I have joined Dr. Doug's Healthspan Nation (I think it's 25/month USD). Weekly Wedensday Zoom meetings on different topics - you can ask questions. Very helpful to me.

So are you only getting Zoom meetings for your membership. I am wondering how much it is to work with the team to reverse osteoporosis. How does that work? Does he order test like a in person Dr?

@andreamayo Thanks for this info. I had no idea about Healthspan Nation and am scheduled for a call with one of his assistants next week to talk about whether I should shell out the big bucks for his premier program. Knowing there is more affordable help with question/answer component is a real relief!
