Hi @adrigibby, Welcome to Connect. It's great news to hear that the zero carb eating has helped with your PMR. My PMR is currently in remission for the second time and I'm hoping it stays that way. I can't handle doing a zero carb but have switched to a low carb and healthy fat eating plan along with intermittent fasting to lose weight and improve my health. There is another discussion you might find interesting if not helpful.

Are you on any treatment like prednisone for your PMR or just doing the zero carb eating?

Hi John,

No PMR treatment. I'm looking into Rick Simpson CBD for pain. I read many reviews, no one using it for PMR but using it for pain from other conditions.

I think that, once this PMR goes into remission, I will do carnivora most of the time, with some veggies I love once in while. Also I do fasting. I have not been able to fast past 3 days, I wish I could because some that can fast 10 to 20 days do get rid of all kinds of autoimmune disorders.

Twice a month I fast 3 days, All other days I eat o carb once a day, so I really fast every day.

I will check the group discussing low carb intermittent fasting! Thank you!
