@ebtexas55 read the article that you posted link to. I get confused/ is DIM safe to take of you’ve had BC? It works ‘like’ the AIs , Anastrozole without side effect or lessened side effects? I took Anastrozole for about 2 yrs and quit. I could hardly walk my hip was so bad. I’m very careful no to take or eat things that ‘may’ increase my estrogen. TIA
