I didn't. My doctor recommended a physio who practises her own variant of it. Onero was developed here in Brisbane. My physio not only doesn't want to pay their licence fees, but thinks their program is too restrictive. Although I have been on anastrozole for two years, my DEXA results are improving. Two gym sessions a week are enough. I don't do much walking because Chemo Induced Peripheral Neuropathy makes walking unpleasant- it's like walking on wet sand all the time.

She said they do too few exercises for her liking. She likes to offer more variety, albeit with increasing intensity as time goes on. I've had 50 sessions so far. Kettlebell squats have gone from 8 kilos to 24.

I should add that I modified the program a bit to ensure that I use the leg press each session. Now with 50ks - 110 pounds- on the press, plus the weight of the press itself, which no one seems to know. Paying special attention to the femoral neck! DEXA scans show the improvement.
This is from OsteoBoston. Our next session (Tuesday, June 10th at 7 pm ET) is with BELINDA BECK (the originator of the ONERO program!) https://osteoboston.org/

Beside kettlebell press and leg squat, what are the other exercises? Bench press, dead lifts? Not available in my area. Someone on this thread said they pay $5/month to do the program online, but I don't see where that is even an option.

It's very different from the in-person program which is not readily available in the USA, with more locations in parts of Europe and mostly in Australia. https://onero.academy/locations/

I listened to this. Someone on this thread said they do ONERO online, but this is not offered online as far as I can see. Pls confirm this. Tx.
I don't believe this is offered online. Please tell me where you saw this. Thank you.
