Has anyone heard of Wellen Exercise for Osteoporosis & osteopenia?
Has anyone heard of Wellen? It's an exercise program for osteoporosis and osteopenia. I'm not sure what they do because there is no video to show an example.

A comment that all should take note of . The only way Onero will become more available is if WE AS CONSUMERS talk to where you go for PT and discuss this with them so they can become interested and have their therapists get the training needed to do the program. So you are aware the training for those with the qualifications is offered on line . So the PT’s would not even have to go anywhere to receive the training to do the Onero program!! GO SREAD THE WORD!!!!
If you use Facebook, their page has three free sessions for three levels.
I am on my second month and am comfortable being in a detailed guided session with this focus.
Here's a Mother's Day discount code. I like the program.

@ans, I have told more than a few PTs about Onero. They are busy and disinterested, unfortunately.
@joyboudreau, are you talking about Onero or Wellen? Thanks.
Wellen. 😊 Onero is new to me - I will look at it.
I did it for 2 months - the $13/mo upgrade and didn't care for it, but others may like it. I know the program advances after 3 months. I wonder if they have a free trial. It was just like this:
Regarding Wellen. . . . I am currently doing Wellen. After an initial 2 week trial I joined with annual payment (can also subscribe monthly). I have completed the first 12 week (36 session) series and now into next 12-week series. Thirty minutes of video with about 12 exercises per session. Very clear to follow and very efficient use of time. Difficulty progresses; sometimes a little too easy but modifications offered. Includes balance and strength. Initial online assessment (mostly sit to stand test along with self reporting of exercise abilities) so as to begin at appropriate level. User also inputs equipment they have available and exercises provided accordingly. There are also mid-point assessments and ending assessments for each 12 week segment.
@cij, I like it for all of the same reasons. It feels safe, the instructions are clear, the music is good, the fitness model is in such good shape, and the set is so peaceful and calm. I love it.
There is now Onero in San Diego:
