Hello, do you take the hormones for bone health or because you are deficient in your hormones? I’m 72 and very deficient but go off my bone building osteo med in July and don’t want to take another osteo med. My cardiologist who does all my bloods suggests to keep the gains I’ve had with my med and to help with sleep, hair, energy and moods. Would love your feedback. Thanks, Rose

Do you mean your cardiologist is suggesting HRT or OP medication to keep the gains? I am new to all this and am currently gathering information about starting HRT at 67. I have my first specialist consult next month so am trying to arm myself with knowledge to prepare.
