I am 73 and just started hormones 2 months ago. I feel so much better. I sleep better, I have more energy, I feel happier. I take progesterone at night, testosterone and estradiol creams in the morning, and oxytocin nasal spray twice a day. My primary care doc and Endo would never have given me the meds that actually help me. They are all about bone meds.

How did you get the hormones? Thanks

Hello, do you take the hormones for bone health or because you are deficient in your hormones? I’m 72 and very deficient but go off my bone building osteo med in July and don’t want to take another osteo med. My cardiologist who does all my bloods suggests to keep the gains I’ve had with my med and to help with sleep, hair, energy and moods. Would love your feedback. Thanks, Rose
