Hello, do you take the hormones for bone health or because you are deficient in your hormones? I’m 72 and very deficient but go off my bone building osteo med in July and don’t want to take another osteo med. My cardiologist who does all my bloods suggests to keep the gains I’ve had with my med and to help with sleep, hair, energy and moods. Would love your feedback. Thanks, Rose
I'm reading your post belatedly, zhaner, and wondering about the oxytocin nasal spray. Is it prescription? Can you tell me more about what it is used for? I don't see any relation to bone health.
