I have a vibration platform and use it every day. I take no medication for osteoporosis but go to Osteostrong, which has worked for me. They have vibration plates at Osteostrong but they vibrate at a far less rate of speed than the one I have. Mine is a AXV. I’m not reading anything positive about the plates on this site and wonder if anyone out there feels they had good results using it.
Regarding your Dexa scan I’ve been told by
many doctors that you should always have the test done on the same machine. Calibrations vary from machine to machine.
Looking forward to some replies about the vibration plate. Thank you

The $119 AXV vibration plate you purchased looks unsafe for osteoporosis. Based on the product's videos and reviews, it looks like it's a rocker plate that vibrates roughly, like a paint shaker. Keep in mind that more vibration is not better. Please do be careful if you continue to use this AXV machine -- sometimes you get what you pay for.
