Foot Pain
I have fibromyalgia and osteoporosis (arthritis too), and I am wondering if anyone has had any luck in finding help with pain the feet? I recently started experiencing chronic pain in my left foot (top and bottom) and my right calf. It's sore and burning. It's getting difficult to walk and this is frustrating me to no end! I am a walker so this is not a good thing for me (or anyone). Suggestions, help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Sema. Yep, right here works. Would love to know a little more about your history and current health.
Hi Kelsey,
Ok, you asked for it! I currently have Fibromyalgia, dx ~ 16 yrs ago and it's getting worse. I have osteoporosis as a direct result of fibro (or so I have been told), Asthma, Arthritis in most of my body. I live in pain every day and it just sucks!
I am almost 55, divorced and not working any longer as I had 6 drs. telling not to. It is a struggle daily (financially/emotionally), but I try to be positive and keep as active as possible. I take aqua fitness 1x wk, but even that is getting hard to do since my feet have started to constantly hurt. (sigh!).
If there is anything else you might like to know, please let me know.

Very interresting How were you diagnosed
With fibro in your feet. My legs and feet are killing me. Will have bonespur removed. But, have been so fraustrated for over a year. Not much testing.
Success 101. Have pain all the time when moving.
Sorry to hear about your problems. I can truly relate. Hope when your bonespur is removed it will be better for you.
I have pain in my feet continuously! I have some neuropathy but that just
can't be the whole problem I know. I gave had very painful feet since I
was in High School and nobody, not even at Mayo Clinic could ever tell me
why. I can't find shoes that help either. What is a person to do??? I
have fibromyalgia too,but can it be in the feet?
Cherrill, yes unfortunately fibro can be in your feet (in fact any of your joints can be affected). There are many articles on foot pain with fibro - but none of them really offer any help, per se. I have been getting acupuncture and that has eased it somewhat, but I am dreading winter and boots, sigh!
Oh ouch. Should i ask the doctor to test.
They surely dont bring anything up
In a visit. Same old stuff.BP weight
Mental health etc.
But, i have so much misery in my
Feet. Thighs.
