Not me! Have vasovagal syncope and high blood pressure. It seems that when my BP is approximately 100 or below top, bottom 60 or below, I feel this way. If it goes too low, 60/40 ish, I pass out. I REALLY hate this crap! Broken bones, injuries requiring surgery, fractured back & many bumps and bruises, 71, health problems like diabetes, arthritis, fibro, ménière's etc. plus being alone now, have made this difficult to deal with.

Too low of BP can be dangerous…
When I was in the hospital after my heart attack, my blood pressure at one point dropped down into the 70s, Now that I’m home, I monitor it every day, A few times it dropped down into the upper 80s, which is too low. What I do is lay down try to elevate my legs above my heart and drink plenty of liquids and keep an eye on it to make sure it’s going up.
I tend to run with a low blood pressure normally that ranges around 117 but since I’m still recovering from my heart attack if my blood pressure is above 100 I’m happy
