There is no biodensity in my area, so I started OS. I have only had three sessions and I am a long way from reaching the required level to build bone. I will have a dexa scan in the fall and check back with whether OS made any difference.

I would encourage you to be lifting weights 2-3 times a week to increase your overall strength. It is critical to meet that stimulus level so you may have to do chair squats and counter pushups to get to that point.
