As each person is different, there is quite a range of reactions to aromatase inhibitors. My personal process was to start, while telling myself that if it really impacted my life negatively I'd try to switch the meds (there are options) or stop. Of course I planned to talk first to my oncologist. Well, it has been fine (which doesn't discount other peoples' experience, but I'm grateful). Basically it is good to have info, but I try not to scare myself with possible side effects when I start a medication but wait to see if I get any! Wishing you the best moving forward.
