Same here after more than two years on anastrozole. An experienced doctor once told me never to read up on all the possible side effects of a prescribed drug - which is so easy to do these days. The drug companies are required by law to list every side effect ever recorded. You are likely to attribute anything and everything to the drug. I followed this advice when a cardiologist prescribed a drug for mild blood pressure. As it turned out, I did get an annoying dry cough. After chest Xrays etc, my general practioner decided the new blood pressure pill was indeed the culprit and prescribed another drug. The cough has almost gone away. So please don't attribute everything to anastrozole - and seek medical advice.
